Tranquillitys Strength & Conditioning Challenge is designed to increase muscle size and to increase your upper body strength.

  • 6 week challenge
  • 3 workouts per week
  • 20 / 30 minutes per workout

The exercises

Pull ups, dips, chin ups, press ups…. & 1 or 2 more

The goal

At the beginning you will be tested to see how many reps you can complete on each exercise  and at the end of the 6 weeks that will be repeated.

The goal is to double your number of reps completed on each exercise.
