A 35 minute class designed to push you and motivate you to reach your fitness goals. Classes will combine cardio and functional exercises to condition your whole body

This class will be designed to expose your heart rate week on week to steady state Zone 2 / 3 cardio and short periods or higher heart rate zone 4 / 5 work. This is extremely important for your health and longevity as we age

This is a class that focuses on increasing your mobility and your strength. They use bands, yoga blocks and myofascial release balls.

Aqua Aerobics

Aqua Aerobics

Aqua Aerobics is a water based exercise class. It is helps increase mobility and is great form of exercise for people who have suffered injury or are pregnant.

Core Strength

Weight based core workout that involves cardio movements, weight movements and floor exercises.

Essential Stretch

This class uses no equipment it is completely designed to go through essential everyday stretches.

HIIT STEP/Step & Tone

This is a routine based on up beat and catchy music. You are up and down on a step for the class getting a cardio based workout in.

Hustle and Muscle

High energy workout that tackles cardio intervals and building strength with weights.

Hybrid Circuit

A circuit style class that incorporates both cardio and strength elements of a hyrox competition.

Strength/ Kettlebells

This is a weight based class done with barbells, dumbells or a kettlebell. It is great for anyone who enjoys lifting weights or is looking to start lifting.

Spinning

A class focused on endurance and strength. You will be working hard for 45 mins at different levels.

Zumba

Zumba

This is a dance based class that will keep you moving for 45 minutes. You get a great cardio workout in while listening to up beat songs.
